Responsibilities:
- Conducting engaging Business and General English lessons for corporate clients (adults) both in group settings and through individual online sessions.
- Creating and implementing structured lesson plans to optimize learning outcomes.
- Keeping track of student progress and efficiently reporting using our CRM system.
- Active participation in teacher training workshops to enhance teaching skills and methodologies.
Optional and eligible for additional compensation:
- Being the face of our special projects and actively representing the company at events and activities.
- Developing and producing captivating content to promote the company within communities, building strong relationships with community members.
- Contributing to promotional campaigns by creating compelling videos to be shared through various platforms.
